U6220A is a 400 MHz single-channel frequency counter. It provides functions including Period (2.5 ns to 1000s), Totalize (0 to 10E + 15), Time Base (10 MHz), Temperature Stability < 1 PPM, Aging Rate < 1 PPM, Peak Volt Mode (Fast/Slow) and Webserver.
